***Winter attractions in New York for those who travel

New York is a great place to stay at and has a lot of things to do during winter.  There are various New York vacation rentals, New York Hotels and New York vacation homes that people may choose to rent and stay in for a few weeks, or to spend the winter.  Central park is a good place to ski during this time year.  There is also a skiing rink which is located in Bryant Park. The Brant Park Ice Rink this is located between 40th Street and 42nd Street and 5th Avenue and 6th Avenue in New York City.
If you are spending your Christmas at New York, you are going to love it and the Big Apple certainly won’t disappoint you. I must say though, that New York City is pretty crowded and New York hotels are pretty much sold-out. New York hotels are also conveniently located near the parks such as Central park where you could also enjoy ice skiing. If you’re the type of person who prefers to choose one of the New York vacation homes, then there is a furnished short term vacation home, which can accommodate seven people.  The Manhattan vacation rental is located in Midtown Manhattan and is just walking distance to Central park.    It is also located near Madison Avenue, the best shopping area in the state where travellers can do their Christmas shopping.

New York hotels are also easy to find, but if you are visiting the city during the winter season, you should make an early reservation, because most of the hotels are fully booked. The Hilton Hotel is one of New York hotels which are of high quality and good destination.  The Hilton is just minutes away from Central park where people could go skiing during winter, and is also minutes away from Times Square and Madison Avenue for some Christmas shopping. 

If all New York Hotels are fully booked, then you could fine other hotels in New Jersey, which is a few minutes away from Manhattan and via subway it is just a quick ride.

***Spring and summer parades in New York for you see

There are a lot of parades that take place in New York during the spring season; one is the Saint Patrick’s Day celebrated during March.  The vantage point during this time is to be near the cathedral itself, where the bishop of New York City greets the marching pipes and bands.  One good advice during this day is certainly to avoid New York hotels, New York vacation rentals and New York villa rentals that are be near the shopping centres and as much as possible, any area below 59th Street. 

The parade starts in 5th Avenue from 44th to 86th Streets, so if you want to see the parade stay as close as possible to this area and book New York vacation rentals  or New York villa rentals in this vicinity however, if not stay away.
Another parade is the Brooklyn Irish American Parade which is celebrated on the weekend nearest to March 17th.  The parade is at Park slope, beginning at 15th Street and Prospect west.  During this time New York vacation rentals are very in demand in this area, so make a reservation ahead of time. 

It is also best to get New York villa rentals because sometimes this option is much cheaper than New York vacation rentals.
New York vacation rentals are houses which are bigger and can accommodate about seven to eight people. Autumn in New York is the time of parades and diverse exhibits.  There are a lot of things to do during this season in this busy city.  Travel agencies are offering New York Travel Packages for tourists who would like to travel to the city. This package would include accommodations, tickets to events and others.  This is a good time to visit relatives in the city, for some unforgettable experiences and bonding moments. 

You may simply book one of the available and plentiful New York villa rentals or New York holiday rentals, which would be able to accommodate your vacation needs. New York villa rentals are more reasonable in price and every villa could accommodate about two to four persons.  New York villa rentals include a bedroom, bathroom, living room and a small dining room.

One of the parades that take place in New York during Fall is the Labour Day parade that runs through 5th avenue, from 44th Street to 72nd Street.  There is also the West Indian American Day Carnival Parade in Eastern Parkway in Brooklyn.  This is the largest parade in North America, where dozens of bands and parade’s join up and have fun.
There is also the Soho Art parade along West Broadway, which is held during the second Saturday of September.  There is also the International Culture Parade in Madison Avenue between 42nd Street and 76th Street.  It features contingents from all over the globe with floats, dance numbers, costumes and music.  It is truly a fun event with colourful multicultural traits.  There is also a Muslim Day parade during late September at Madison Avenue from 41st Street south to 26th Street.
Another parade is the Mexican Day Parade, also held in Madison Avenue between 41st Street and 23rd Street.  As I’ve mentioned before, all the events are cantered within these areas such as Theatre District, Madison Avenue and Times Square.  If you are visiting this busy city at this time of the year - or at any time of the year really, this is the best place to get a rental house or condo.
