Autumn in New York is the time of parades and diverse exhibits. There are a lot of things to do during this season in this busy city. Another parade is the Mexican Day Parade, also held in Madison Avenue between 41st Street and 23rd Street. As I’ve mentioned before, all the events are cantered within these areas such as Theatre District, Madison Avenue and Times Square. If you are visiting this busy city at this time of the year - or at any time of the year really, this is the best place to get a rental house or condo.
