***Why travellers love coming to New York in autumn

Autumn in New York is the time of parades and diverse exhibits.  There are a lot of things to do during this season in this busy city.  Travel agencies are offering New York Travel Packages for tourists who would like to travel to the city. This package would include accommodations, tickets to events and others.  This is a good time to visit relatives in the city, for some unforgettable experiences and bonding moments.

You may simply book one of the available and plentiful New York villa rentals or New York holiday rentals, which would be able to accommodate your vacation needs. New York villa rentals are more reasonable in price and every villa could accommodate about two to four persons.  New York villa rentals include a bedroom, bathroom, living room and a small dining room.

Sometimes a villa may also have a balcony or a patio, depending on the type of New York villa rentals that you book.  On the other hand New York holiday rentals such as the Hilton garden inn and the likes, are sometimes much more expensive, while other New York holiday rentals are not this type; some of them are much bigger much more like a house.  While villas are smaller, there are types of New York holiday rentals that are bigger depending on the type that you decide to book.
Since there are a lot of Broadway musicals that are on show during this season, it is always best to book New York villa rentals or New York holiday rentals that are as close as possible to Broadway, Madison Square Garden or Theatre District.  Getting a rental in the close proximity of this location, would give you an advantage, because you would not need to pick a cab to go to the Broadway show that you would like to see.  After watching a musical, is also good to have dinner and this area offers its visitors a lot of good restaurants that would surely satisfy your appetite.
One of the parades that take place in New York during Fall is the Labour Day parade that runs through 5th avenue, from 44th Street to 72nd Street.  There is also the West Indian American Day Carnival Parade in Eastern Parkway in Brooklyn.  This is the largest parade in North America, where dozens of bands and parade’s join up and have fun.
There is also the Soho Art parade along West Broadway, which is held during the second Saturday of September.  There is also the International Culture Parade in Madison Avenue between 42nd Street and 76th Street.  It features contingents from all over the globe with floats, dance numbers, costumes and music.  It is truly a fun event with colourful multicultural traits.  There is also a Muslim Day parade during late September at Madison Avenue from 41st Street south to 26th Street.
Another parade is the Mexican Day Parade, also held in Madison Avenue between 41st Street and 23rd Street.  As I’ve mentioned before, all the events are cantered within these areas such as Theatre District, Madison Avenue and Times Square.  If you are visiting this busy city at this time of the year - or at any time of the year really, this is the best place to get a rental house or condo.
